We offer the following services; one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, move-in/move-out. These are cleaning services provided for your convenience.

We will give your home a deep cleaning the first time, top to bottom. This includes high dusting, wiping down the baseboards,wiping down inside windows, window sills, wiping down the blinds, ceiling fans, carpet edges, vents ,wiping down all the cabinet doors-wood work like a door frame.Wiping all light outlets.Vaccum the furniture We will clean most of your nick-nack!

Then when you become the regular customer we will deep clean one room in addition to regular cleaning services at no extra charge, and will rotate the room we deep clean each visit.

Move-in/Move-out Deep Cleaning:We deep clean your home when you are ready to move out or when you are ready to move in the new home.We clean inside and out of the cabinets,closets/storage area ,clean all appliances inside-outside.

Remove any cobwebs
Dust the window sills/bland/baseboards
Dust all light fixture/ceiling fan
Wipe the nick-nack/picture fram
Polish the furniture
Organized/take trash out
Vaccum the floor behind and under

Kitchen

Clean counter top
Clean all appliances
Clean stove top and body
Clean the microwave in-out
Wipe refrigerator
Clean the sink
Vaccum and steam mop the floor

Bathroom

Dust light fixture
Clean mirrors
Clean sink/counter top
Wipe all threshold/personal item
Scrub the tub/shower
Clean toilet
Take trash out
Vaccum and steam mop floor

* Our price for cleaning service will be charged by estimate.

* The customer can cancel or skip the cleaning as long as a 24 hour notice is given with no extra charge.

* If customer decides to skip the cleaning more than 4 weeks the next cleaning will be charged an extra $15.00

* For the regular customer will get $10.00 off every 10th cleaning.

* For special THANK if the customer referrals us to your friends,on your next cleaning you will get $10.00 off.
